Some staff members here at creekside square are terrible at keeping their word on issues with neighbors. If an important ... issue occurs and certain members of the staff are left to deal with it, odds are they are going to label it as a low priority and never stick to their word of resolving said issue. We have been residents at this complex for more than 10 years and have only had one issue with neighbors, but it still hasn't been taken care of. This is disappointing. wow Creekside Square is a very nice place to live. since I relocated from Gary Indiana, Creekside by far is one of the best ... communities I have lived in. The office staff is amazing along with the maintenance, they go far and beyond to make sure your unit is the way want it to be no request is ignored . I love it here and hope to stay here for awhile. I'm pleased with the office staff. Once you address any problems they make sure it's taken care of in a timely manner. I ... was a unhappy lady when I moved in BUT the manager and her assistant made sure everything was taken care of. I can now say I love it here.
